With the input of a set of genes of interest, CRdb will identify upstream CR regulators that are significantly enriched by hypergeometric test.

CRdb provides various annotation of CR, such as downstream/upstream regulatory information, survival, expression and biological function.

Experimental verification: The experimentally validated CR target gene set obtained from TRRUST. High confidence: The CR-target genes supported by more than half of predicted approaches.
